About Us

QabulekaBnB, welcomes business and leisure travellers to Nongoma, right at the centre of the tradional Zulu Kingdom. The establishment is designed to give a unique experience to visitors.

The owners are Sipho and Priscilla Buthelezi who having travelled in both African and European countries would like to bring you the combined experiences from both inside and outside the country in this village which is rich with history of the Zulu people.

Qabuleka is a Zulu word meaning “be refreshed." Our mission is to bring you, our guest, refreshment. We aim not only to physically draw you out of urban environment and give you fresh air where pollution from factories is simply unheard of but also to emotionally and mentally enable you to reach inner satisfaction. We love children and for those with families we have organized a beautiful playground for children, jungle gym, etc.

Qabuleka is not an end but is a process to reach an ultimate unique experience in every touchpoint with our guests. We believe that our guests are the stakeholders in this undertaking. So "Come and be refreshed;" Qabuleka has been designed with value conscious guests, like you, in mind

Landscaping is breath taking, and we are between the mountains overlooking two rivers supplied by two fountains. The facility is situated 2km from Nongoma town in the Village of KwaLindizwe. Umfolozi Game Reserve is 50km from the facility. The Linduzulu Royal Kraal is 1km from the facility and while you are with us you could visit the Nature Reserve and other historical interesting sites in the surrounding area. For those who like swimming, the Indian Ocean is accessible through St Lucia that is 129km. Richards Bay Airport is just 150km away. Ulundi airport is +/- 70km.
