CHEETAH RIDGE LODGE:
Is a fully catered lodge which was built in 1942. The double story sprawling grey stone house is situated in the southern section of the Nambiti Private Game Reserve and holds a historical charm matched by no other on the reserve. 

Cheetah Ridge Lodge is the ultimate family safari vacation destination. A beautiful colonial grey stone manor house situated in lush fenced-in gardens, Cheetah Ridge Big 5 game lodge comes complete with a swimming pool, tennis court, boma and 10 luxurious free standing suites overlooking our private waterhole where guests can quietly observe the glorious African wildlife congregating from their front door step. Cheetah Ridge provides catering for individuals, family vacations, photo safaris, game and bird safaris, battlefields tours, business meetings etc

Nestled alongside a 110 year old fig tree, this superior rated game lodge is comprised of ten free standing en-suite double rooms and one family room within the main lodge, all beautifully decorated.

Cheetah Ridge Lodge has a homely, unique feel that takes you back to the colonial days of KwaZulu-Natal. We have a large enclosed veranda, a games room with a full size billiard table, and a quaint little pub with a stone fire place to keep you warm on return from a cold winter’s game drive. Dinner is either a family affair in the dining room or a night under the African stars nestled underneath the magnificent fig tree.

Included in your package at Cheetah Ridge is your accommodation, two 3 hour Game Drives per day in the Nambiti Private Game Reserve. Thanks to the experience and knowledge of our Game Rangers, not only are these game drives a thrilling African experience but also deeply informative regarding all aspects of African wildlife. You have the chance to see the most majestic of the African animals such as, lion, elephant, rhino, leopard and buffalo. If you are into bird watching then keep your eyes peeled! You will be amazed at the variety of species of indigenous birds around the reserve.
